About this Project

Arusha Village is a sustainable community masterplan aimed at fostering a harmonious balance between comfortable living and environmental stewardship. Located in a serene, accessible area, Arusha Village will provide a vibrant residential environment, offering a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom housing units. The community is designed to encourage a close-knit, sustainable lifestyle, where residents can connect with nature, engage in shared activities, and enjoy a high quality of life.

Urban Planner

Tasks:

– Defined the primary residential zones, pedestrian arteries, and public gathering nodes to create a cohesive village structure

– Established a logical development sequence for the overall masterplan, from the individual housing units to the final residential clusters supervised by the Principal                Planner
